How working with us works.
A practical guide for clients: what happens when, what we need from you, and the rules we hold ourselves to.
01
How an engagement works
Every engagement begins with a conversation about your customers, your offer and what a new customer is worth to you. From that we write a short proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, measures of success and fees.
Once agreed, we run the work in the sequence described in The Model — brief, production, review, distribution, measurement — and report on a fixed rhythm you choose.
- Discovery conversation
- Written proposal and agreement
- Kick-off and access set-up
- Production and review
- Launch, measurement and monthly review
02
What we need from you
To start quickly and safely, we ask for a few things up front. Access is always granted to named people with the least privilege needed, and removed when the work ends.
- A named decision-maker and a day-to-day contact
- Brand assets, guidelines and any existing creative
- Advertising account access (we request roles, never passwords)
- Substantiation for any product claim you want us to make
- For regulated categories: your review requirements and approvers
03
Claims, review and approvals
Every asset passes an automated claim screen and is approved by a second person before it runs. In regulated categories, we build your compliance or legal review into the schedule rather than adding it at the end.
We will not publish guarantees we cannot keep, testimonials that did not happen, or language that implies government affiliation.
- Claim sheet for every campaign
- Version history on every asset
- Your approver signs off before launch
04
Consent and contact rules
Where campaigns lead to calls or messages, consent is captured with its purpose, source and wording, and stored with each record. A website inquiry is never treated as permission to market by phone.
Opt-outs are honored immediately across every program, and calling respects federal and state hours and frequency rules in the recipient’s local time.
- One-to-one consent language reviewed before use
- National and state Do Not Call screening
- Immediate opt-out handling
05
Reporting definitions
Every number we report is labeled so you know how far to trust it.
- Actual — final figures from the source system
- Pending — figures the platform may still revise (for example, today’s spend)
- Estimated — modeled or allocated figures, with the method stated
- Unavailable — shown as a dash, never as zero
06
Security and data handling
Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and sensitive records are isolated by division. Production data never leaves our controlled infrastructure for analytics or AI tools.
- Multi-factor authentication for privileged access
- Encrypted backups, tested by restoration weekly
- Least-privilege access, reviewed regularly
