This policy describes how Hated By Many LLC (“Michelangelo”, “we”) handles personal information collected through michelangelo.agency.

When you submit our inquiry form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, phone number and message.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We store only a one-way hash of your IP address with an inquiry, for abuse prevention.

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We use service providers for hosting, security and data storage who process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.

Inquiries are kept for up to two years and then deleted, unless they become part of an ongoing business relationship.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by contacting us through our contact form. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor applicable requests.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
