—The Model
The ad engine.
One idea, crafted once, adapted everywhere — and measured honestly. Seven stages, three studio tools and one rule: nothing runs until a second person has approved it.

07 feeds back into 01 — the engine runs continuously
01 · Brief
Start with one true idea.
Every engine run begins with the customer, the offer and the economics — then a single idea worth saying. Claims are drafted with their substantiation beside them, before anything is designed.
- 01Audience, offer and target cost per outcome
- 02One message, with the evidence behind every claim
- 03Platform plan: which formats, which placements
Output → Creative brief + claim sheet
02 · Master
DaVinci Resolve by Blackmagic Design
Cut the master in DaVinci Resolve.
The hero film is edited, color-graded and mixed in one place. Resolve’s edit page builds the story; the color page gives every frame a consistent, considered look; Fairlight finishes dialogue and music to broadcast loudness.
- 01Edit: story, pacing and structure on the timeline
- 02Color: node-based grade for a consistent look
- 03Fairlight: dialogue clean-up and loudness-normalized mix
- 04Deliver: high-quality master and clean stems
Output → Graded, mixed master + stems
03 · Adapt
CapCut by Bytedance
Adapt it natively in CapCut.
The master becomes platform-native short-form: vertical 9:16 reframes, the first-second hook, on-screen captions for sound-off viewing, and fast variant cuts for testing — each one still saying the same true thing.
- 019:16, 4:5 and 1:1 reframes from the master
- 02Hooks and pacing for the first three seconds
- 03Auto-captions, reviewed and corrected by hand
- 04Variant cuts for structured A/B testing
Output → Platform-native variants
04 · Design
Adobe Creative Cloud by Adobe
Build the system in Adobe.
Typography, layouts and motion graphics come from one design system: Illustrator for marks and vectors, Photoshop for statics and thumbnails, After Effects for titles and animated overlays reused across every cut.
- 01Illustrator: marks, icons and vector assets
- 02Photoshop: statics, carousels and thumbnails
- 03After Effects: titles, lower-thirds and motion overlays
- 04Shared libraries so every asset stays on-brand
Output → Statics, motion assets and templates
05 · Review
Nothing runs unreviewed.
Every asset enters the creative library with its version history. An automated screen flags risky claims; a second person — never the author — approves it. In regulated categories, blocked language cannot be approved at all.
- 01Claim screening against prohibited-language rules
- 02Second-person approval with notes
- 03Version history for every change
Output → Approved, versioned creative
06 · Distribute
Place it where the right people are.
Approved variants run on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat with tracking numbers and landing pages that attribute every call and form to its source.
- 01Placement-specific variants and budgets
- 02Unique tracking numbers per campaign
- 03Consent-first landing pages
Output → Live, attributed campaigns
07 · Measure
Learn, then cut again.
Spend, calls and outcomes are joined and labeled actual, pending or estimated. What wins informs the next brief, and the engine runs again — sharper each time.
- 01Cost per qualified conversation, not per click
- 02Every figure labeled with its certainty
- 03Findings feed the next brief
Output → The next, better brief
